The historical district of Aachen, Cathedral and „Printen“ |

On the first day the focus lies on Aachen and its historical district, its cathedral and its “Printen”. Starting with a guided tour, which gives an insight into the history of one of the most interesting cathedrals in Western Europe. In the following, we will proceed with the treasury of the cathedral, which is considered the most important clerical treasury north of the Alps. In the afternoon a “Printen-bakery” will be visited, where the ingredients as well as the baking process will be explained in detail.
