Abstract Submission

How to use the Abstract Submission

Please note the following advices:

• The first time you access the site, you will need to register and create a new user account by entering personal information and providing access data
• Only after your registration you will be able to submit your abstract  

Details regarding the abstract:

• Your abstract must clearly depict the technical innovation in not more than 4000 signs
• The conference language of the IFK is English 

Details regarding form of presentation:

• ORAL - manuscript of minimum 6 to maximum 12 pages (DIN A4, including images); presentation of 15 minutes +5 minutes discussion.
• SYMPOSIUM - like oral, with a preferred presentation during symposium.
• POSTER - exposition of a poster (DIN A0), no manuscript, no presentation.

• For authors requiring a peer-reviewed publication
• Consider the review-conditions and the reduced assignment period for the paper
  
• Choose oral-reviewed or symposium-reviewed to attend to the review-process
